Four babies weight gain...

I've decided after having my fourth baby that the weight from this baby and from all the others needs to go. I was 142 pounds at my first pregnancy appointment with Peter. I've just never lost the weight since then. Each child has added more pounds and I need to lose the weight. I did lose about 20 pounds last year, but only got to about pre-pregnancy weight with Felicity. So, my goal is to kick these pounds off. I realize I may not be able to get back to 142, which is OK, but I do want to be healthy and active. So, I'm around 199 now after having Becket. If I can get to 182, I'll be where I was b/f I got pregnant.

So, here are my goals:
May 4: 191
June 4: 183
July 4: 175
August 4: 167
September 4:159
October 4: 151
November 4: 145

My goal is to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and kick out the junk. I don't want to expect myself to be perfect, but to really work on losing weight and getting back in shape this time around. I know I need to improve my cholestrol, too. I don't want to do it just for looks, but for health, too.
